COVID 19 Guidelines

Given the unprecedented situation created by the coronavirus (COVID 19), we wanted to provide an update on what Lily’s Daycare is doing and let you know we are here to support you as we all navigate these challenging times.

Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Child Care Licensing has provided daycare providers with guidance and requirements for the safety of all children and staff including:


Arriving at Lily’s Daycare

Before allowing entry, we will be screening all the individuals, and deny entry to any person who meets any of the following criteria:

  • A temperature of 100.4° F or above

  • Signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as a cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, and low-grade fever

  • In the previous 14 days has had contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19; is under investigation for COVID-19; or is ill with a respiratory illness

  • In the previous 14 days has travelled internationally to countries with widespread, sustained community transmission. For updated information on affected countries, visit: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/travelers/index.html.

All visitors must wear a mask while at Lily’s Daycare.


Throughout the Day

We are continually cleaning and disinfecting common areas including the kitchen, bathroom and daycare throughout the day.

We will be maintaining healthy hand washing habits and use antibacterial hand sanitizer as is necessary.


After Hours

Once the Daycare is closed, we will clean and sanitize all common areas including the kitchen, bathroom and daycare.

We encourage parents to continue to follow state and local guidelines to keep each other healthy and safe.
